The Secret Of The Law Of Attraction
From the DVD "The Secret" to The Oprah Winfrey Show the law of attraction is gaining more and more recognition as an increasing number of people achieve their desires by learning how to work with it and gain control of their lives.
So, what is the law of attraction? In simple terms it's manifesting your desires on a basis of "like attracts like". This law is that part of the universe (or God, Higher Power, Co-Creator or whatever else you prefer to call it) which brings into your life that which you think about most.
Let's think of someone who is always complaining about how little money she has. Her thoughts are very firmly fixed on the negative situation that she is experiencing in her life day after day or to put it another way she is attracting more of what she is thinking about most. She will tell anyone who will listen how bad her finances are, how she's heavily in debt, how... well, you get the picture and so does the universe. The law of attraction is very literal if you "tell" the universe that you want more money it will give you just that - a "want" of more money. The good news is that if you change what you think about most to something that you truly desire then the universe will equally happily give you that instead.
At this point you may well be thinking one of two things, either that sounds like mumbo-jumbo or that sounds fantastic. If it sounds fantastic to you congratulations! All you've got to do is decide exactly what it is that you want and then hold that thought in your mind and await delivery - simple! Errr, well yes simple but you may want to refine your technique a little so that it becomes easier.
